Legal Services Eligibility
Contact your local Kentucky legal services program to find out whether they can help you with your legal problem. The numbers in the chart below are only guidelines and do not guarantee eligibility; programs also consider other factors when making decisions about who is eligible for services. Some of these factors are:
- Your age. If you are 60 or older, live in Kentucky, and have a legal question or problem, call the free Legal HelpLine at 1-800-200-3633.
- The type of legal issue you have.
- The program's available resources.
